Custom Heavy Photoscreen Pins
50% thicker than standard photoscreen pins

Regular weight photoscreen pins are popular for trading because they are inexpensive and look great, but they do not weigh as much as soft enamel pins. Some people prefer heavier pins. Custom heavy photoscreen pins are over 50% thicker than standard photoscreen and feel comparable in weight to 1.2mm soft enamel pins. You get all the benefits of full color and fine detail, plus a much more substantial feel.
Request Your Free DesignPhotoscreen pins (also known as screenprint, silkscreen, offset print or photo-etched) are highly versatile. They allow a logo or design to be recreated down to the smallest detail without the need for metal separating lines between colors. Heavy photoscreen pins keep that same full-color capability while adding significant thickness and weight.
These pins are ideal for complex logos, photographs, and designs with gradients. The finished pin has a heavy feel, a smooth clear epoxy coating, and excellent detail. 2.00" and larger pins have two 8mm spur nails on the back, while smaller pins have one.
